Returns + Refunds

RETURN POLICY:

Once an order has been placed, order modifications including item substitutions, removals, or additions cannot be accommodated prior to shipping. Please ensure your order is accurate prior to checkout. Orders that have been packed for shipping cannot be cancelled, and can instead be returned following our standard return process below for a full refund.

Merchandise purchased directly from Crankbrothers.com may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused*, uninstalled, in new condition, and in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. * 

Refunds may take up to 7 business days for processing, starting from the arrival of the returned product to Crankbrothers. 

Eligible online orders from November 1st, 2025 until January 15th, 2026 can be returned within 60 days of the order confirmation with our holiday extended return period.

Crankbrothers.com provides free return shipping for all eligible returns and will issue a complimentary return label to the customer unless otherwise noted.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not ship return items without an outer box or padded envelope - any damage to the product packaging due to improper return shipping is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

*Synthesis Carbon purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and may be returned used, in good condition.
