KEEP ON WINNING: EWS #3, MADEIRA

KEEP ON WINNING: EWS #3, MADEIRA

"The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory"

After a quick break, the EWS returned to action upon the small island of Madeira. Round #3 would provide two epic days of racing on trails deep in dust, with an astounding ocean backdrop.

Commencal's Antoine Vidal is making his mark on the U21 Men's category, taking another win and growing his points lead further.

Last year's U21 EWS Champion Ella Conolly was flying in Madeira, landing her first career Elite podium. Conolly is one to watch as the series continues!

Remi Gauvin struggled in Madeira but fought hard to land a 12th place finish and keep his name high amongst the overall rankings.

Dim Tordo kicking up dust on the famous "Gamble" trail. 8th place for the Canyon Factory Racing rider at #3.

Florian Nicolai looked strong in the dusty conditions all weekend long, grabbing himself a 7th place finish to keep his impressive season rolling.

Back on the podium! Rocky Mountain's Jesse Melamed had a slow start on Day 1 but fought hard on Day 2 to capture a stage win and 3rd overall.

Three for Three. Martin Maes remains unbeaten in his 2019 Enduro World Series campaign, with no signs of slowing down.
